The PFT Junior Pre Season program will commence on Sat 18th Jan 2014. Like the senior program, this program works over 6 weeks where the goalkeepers must train in their own time.

All PFT goalkeepers are expected to look after their fitness and weight over the 4 week Christmas break, so the pre-season program should be easy to manage.


The program incorporates all participants to complete a:

  • Aerobic training – (Long Distance – Cardio Training)
  • Anaerobic training (Short Distance – Cardio Training)
  • GK Specific Conditioning training


Registration will be taken as of 7th Dec 2013 to Roy Hunter.
